Life is never simple in ITU and we recognise that even with the most careful of planning, sometimes you don’t have the equipment available when you need it. To this end we offer an Emergency Hire service for all of our products, so if your product has broken down, or you have run out, or have a specific need for a particular patient, just call us and we’ll deliver. A simple approach, if you do need us:

• Call 01455 840 555 and let us know what product you need and if you need a product specialist or engineer as well.
• We will let you know whether it is available, how long it will take to be delivered and the costs involved.
• You decide if you still need it, and confirm the hire
• Within 6 hours (normally) your product will be delivered, complete with accessories and any personnel to help set things up and do any training.
