From our offices in Leicester and Belfast, our team of trained engineers and technicians service a wide range of equipment that is sold by Inspiration Healthcare or by third parties.

We offer a range of different maintenance programmes to allow purchasers complete peace of mind when selecting equipment from Inspiration Healthcare. Please take a look at the options below

  • Planned Preventative Maintenance
    Our PPM programme consists of offering a regular service and a comprehensive service. Both include visits by our trained staff in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations to check, calibrate and test the equipment, any parts that maybe required will be charged at that time. Our Comprehensive Service also includes any breakdowns that may occur with our staff arriving on the next working day and free of charge loan equipment if necessary.
  • Training Courses
    We are happy to train hospital staff on any of the equipment we supply to make them fully conversant with maintenance and repair. We can run bespoke courses for a number of hospital staff either in our facility in Leicester, or at the customer’s institution, which ever is the most convenient. Alternatively, we run courses throughout the year, just contact us to find out when the next course is on the product of your choice!
  • Repair Service
    Alternatively if you don’t have a contract in place and haven’t had the training and a piece of equipment fails, just give us a call and we’ll happily come and fix it on site or if its less urgent, simply ask for a Goods Returned Number and we will happily repair it in our service centre and return it to you in full working order!
